The only one former volcano that extinguished in Thailand is located in Burirum province about 6 kilometers from the down town established as a forest park since 3 May 1978 cover the area around 2,320 square kilometers this volcano is 265 meters height (MSL) it was known as "Khmer Phanom Kradong" means "turtle shell" becuase of its shape.
On the top of volcano locate the Suphatthara Bophit Buddha's image here is good for explore, learning and relax.
