Tunnel temple and meditation center - Wat Umong Chiang Mai
the 13th century temple near Doi Suthep, opens daily from 6 am until 5 pm. Admission is free. This temple is reccommended as top 10 things must do in Chiangmai from my point of view because this temple is unique from the most temples around Chiangmai the tunnel of this temple was built in the 13th century which is so amazing tunnel used for the ceremonying of the monks at that time, who's knows how they construct this long of tunnels can walk trough the main tunnel inside. Above the tunnel is the land for big Chedi, in front of the tunnel is the Head part of Buddha image made of rock using the carving technique in Payao style.
