   The power of faith in Phra That Yaku by the people of Kalasin, who brought countless Thung to set up around the chedi, quickly went viral on social media and became known internationally.

  

 Phra That Yaku in 2009  This is one of the places I visited a long time ago, in 2009. The most obvious historical site in Muang Fa Daet Song Yang is the Phra That Yaku. The surrounding area is barely recognizable as the foundation of a large city.

 Phra That Yaku  Although the stupa is not very large, people who knew about it at that time have continuously traveled to pay their respects to this day. Many organizations, such as the Tourism Authority of Thailand and provincial governors, have joined together to create tourism promotion activities, making it widely known.

 The ceremony to worship the Yakhu relics  With the faith of the people of Kalasin and nearby areas, the villagers will make "Thung" which has a core made from thin bamboo like popsicle sticks tied together in the shape of squares, hexagons and octagons and then wrap with yarn one round at a time until full. It looks similar to the Tung of the northern region, but the people of the northeast call it "Thung". They usually come to worship Phra That Yaku on important religious days. Until there was an initiative for the villagers throughout the province in each district to make bags tied to tall bamboo poles and join the ceremony to worship the chedi together, causing the area around Phra That Yaku to be filled with countless monks. The villagers call it "Sea of ​​Thung". It is held annually on important religious days, namely "Makha Bucha Day," "Visakha Bucha Day," and "Asalha Bucha Day."
